Anderson David Biggers, a 22-year-old male, was tragically killed on May 27, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was found by police lying in a shopping center parking lot with an apparent gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
