Oldin Jacinto Diaz Lainez, a 45-year-old male, was found dead on September 6, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers responded to a welfare check call around 3:30 a.m. near 300 S. Crigler Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Oldin Jacinto Diaz Lainez deceased at the scene. Another individual was also found with gunshot wounds and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
