Dermaine Perea, a 26-year-old male from Charlotte, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 18, 2022. The incident occurred at a gas station on South Tryon Street, where Dermaine was shot multiple times around 2 a.m. Paramedics and police were called to the scene, and Dermaine was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.
