Pedro Fabricio Diaz-Paz, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 17, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Beacon Ridge apartment complex, where Diaz-Paz was found dead inside a truck in the parking lot. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as a homicide, prompting an extensive investigation by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
