Christopher McGill, a 35-year-old man, was tragically murdered in a shooting incident in West Charlotte on July 24, 2022. The incident occurred at around 1:30 a.m. on Queen City Drive, where several shots were fired at Christopher. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found him with gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 2:00 a.m. Christopher McGill was a young African American male whose life was cut short in this violent act.
