Martinez Vaughn

Martinez Vaughn, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 30, 2014, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The incident occurred outside an apartment building located at 122 S. Ninth St., in a neighborhood that houses two schools, a park, and a museum.
