Quashawn Pearsall, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 26, 2021, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Bennett Village Place apartments, located off Piner Road in the Monkey Junction area. On that fateful day, several neighbors made panicked 911 calls reporting a shooting.
