Raequan Dupree Rouse, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 19, 2014, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 600 block of North 10th Street at approximately 6:30 p.m. Raequan sustained fatal gunshot wounds during the shooting.
