Dennis L. Cassel, a 42-year-old man from Coatesville, PA, tragically died on November 3, 2014. He was involved in a murder-suicide incident outside the Brandywine YMCA in West Brandywine, Chester County. Dennis Cassel ambushed his estranged girlfriend, 41-year-old Jacinda Miller, as she arrived for work at the YMCA. After shooting Miller, he turned the gun on himself when police arrived at the scene.
