Kevin Paul Jalbert, a 36-year-old male of mixed ethnicity, was tragically killed on October 3, 2016, in Coatesville, PA. Jalbert, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, had been receiving treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and physical ailments at the Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
