Jamar Parker, a 36-year-old man from Coatesville, PA, was tragically shot and killed on April 1, 2018. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on Easter Sunday when officers responded to a call at 4th Street and Maple Avenue. They found Parker suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and he was quickly transported to Brandywine Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The investigation into his death is ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.
