Kenneth G. Halsaver Jr., a 74-year-old Caucasian male from Townville, PA, tragically died on September 22, 2015. His death was ruled a homicide by Crawford County Coroner Scott Schell after an autopsy revealed that he had been shot twice, once in the head and once in the neck. Kenneth was found dead inside his home in the 16000 block of Mercer Road in Steuben Township, northwest of Townville, at around 12:25 p.m. that day.
