In the evening hours of a Monday in August 2021, 18-year-old Khyrie Issac, a male, was sitting in a parked black BMW in the bustling parking lot of a ShopRite supermarket in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood. Accompanying him was his 19-year-old girlfriend. Their ordinary evening was shattered when a white sedan with black-rimmed tires pulled up alongside them.
