In the evening hours of Saturday, January 22, 2022, a tragic event unfolded on the 3500 block of Scotts Lane in Philadelphia. Devon Harris-Harper, a 25-year-old male resident of North 31st Street, was discovered lying in the street, having sustained numerous gunshot wounds. The call to Philadelphia Police officers came in at approximately 8:44 p.m.
