Anthony Garland, a 31-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2015, in Pittsburgh, PA. Garland was murdered in his Wilkinsburg apartment by Troy Miller and James Meek, who went to his apartment under the pretense of buying marijuana.
