Chauncy Howard, a 25-year-old man from Pittsburgh, PA, was tragically shot and killed on January 10, 2016. He was found in a vehicle that had crashed into a utility pole on Universal Street in the Sheraden neighborhood. Howard, who was known as a drug dealer, was shot by Charles Williams, a 17-year-old at the time, who had planned to rob him. Williams was later found guilty of third-degree murder and sentenced to more than 21½ years in prison.
