Raheem Porter, a 23-year-old African American man from Beltzhoover, Pittsburgh, PA, was tragically shot and killed on July 24, 2017. He was pronounced dead at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh after being transported there in a car by his childhood friend, who was also shot but survived. The incident occurred in the Garfield neighborhood, but the exact location of the shooting was not disclosed by the police.
