Andre Davis, a 30-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on March 1, 2016, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying on the ground in a park on the 700 block of Cobbs Creek Parkway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt arrival of medical personnel, Andre did not survive. The investigation revealed that Andre was chased into the park by several Black males wearing all black clothing.
