Andre Davis, a 30-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on March 1, 2016, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying on the ground in a park on the 700 block of Cobbs Creek Parkway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt arrival of medical personnel, Andre did not survive.
