Victor Marquiis Giovanni Ward, a 26-year-old African American male from New Castle, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on May 2, 2016. Victor was born on March 27, 1990, and had aspirations of becoming a federal agent. He had been working as a security guard at Slippery Rock University and was known for his dedication and loyalty to his friends and family.
