Joseph Alan Kelosky, a 33-year-old male, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of March 16, 2019, in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. in the parking lot of Double D's Cafe on East Washington Street. Responding officers discovered Kelosky, who was from Wampum, with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. A second individual, a female, sustained a gunshot wound to the leg during the same incident and was also taken ...
