On October 18, 2024, 44-year-old Terry B. Micco of Struthers, Ohio, originally from the New Castle and Butler Township areas, was fatally shot in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. in the backyard of a residence on the 500 block of Waldo Street. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and observed two males fleeing the scene.
