Andrew Edwards, a 29-year-old male from New Castle, PA, tragically died on June 20, 2014. The circumstances surrounding his death were investigated as a murder case.
The investigation led to the arrest of Andrew Howard, who was wanted for the shooting death of Omar Hakim in April 2024. Howard was eventually arrested in Youngstown, Ohio, and charged with criminal homicide.
