Justin Andrew Luca, a 19-year-old male of Italian-American ethnicity from New Castle, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away unexpectedly on February 26, 2018. He was born on June 15, 1998, and was a lifelong resident of New Castle. Justin was a 2016 graduate of Neshannock High School and worked as a labor foreman at Trucoat Sealcoating in New Castle.
