Charles Bertram (w/m, dob 8/29/1965), was last seen on 10/27/2002 at 5:00 p.m. by his mother. Charles was on probation which was going to end on 10/29/2002. Charles' truck was found at the intersection of Highway 39 and 301 at the Cumberland Farms store in Zephyrhills, Florida. His electronic monitoring bracelet had been cut off and the keys to the truck were inside. Charles has not been seen or heard from since.
