According to the Pasco Sheriff's Office, Joshua and another individual, Jomauri Heredia, were reported missing around 5 p.m. that day in the Tucker Road area of Zephyrhills. Joshua is described as being 6'2" tall, weighing around 165 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. It is believed that both Joshua and Jomauri may have been riding bicycles at the time they were last seen.
