Dakota Joe Olinger, a 22-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from New Castle, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on September 29, 2017. Dakota was a self-employed construction worker who enjoyed fishing and was known for his jovial nature. He was deeply involved in his Catholic faith and cherished time spent with his son and family. Dakota is survived by his parents, Tonya and Joseph Yhelka, his fiancé Kayla Kendrick, his son Dakota Allen Olinger, and numerous other family members.
