On January 30, 2014, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, 35-year-old Robert Quincy Brown, a Black male, was discovered deceased with a gunshot wound to the head. Authorities responded to a call around 2:30 a.m. and found his body near a vehicle in the parking lot of Lutton's Auto Repair on Moravia Street.
