Robert Quincy Brown, a 35-year-old Black male from New Castle, was found dead in the early morning hours of January 30, 2014, after New Castle police were sent to check on a suspicious vehicle. What began as a call about a car quickly turned into a homicide investigation when officers found Brown on the ground near his vehicle. Reports placed the scene around Sciota Street and the 1100 block of Moravia Street, near or behind Lutton's Auto Repair, where police said Brown had been shot in the head ...
