Michael Riser, a 35-year-old man from Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2019, in New Castle, Pennsylvania. He was one of two victims in a double shooting incident that occurred early that morning on East Winter Avenue. The other victim, a 30-year-old man, was shot in the upper leg area and survived. The New Castle Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police launched an investigation into the incident.
