Douglas C. Weingartner, a 60-year-old man from New Castle, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on July 11, 2014, at his residence. Born on July 17, 1953, in Ellwood City, PA, Douglas was the son of Harold and Margaret Koch Weingartner. He was well-known in his community as the owner of Paul's Auto Body Shop in Ellwood City and was a dedicated member of Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church.
