In a quiet New Castle, Pennsylvania neighborhood, the evening of May 12, 2021, was shattered by violence that left two residents dead and another seriously injured. John Charles Micco, a 78-year-old male, was found deceased in his home, the victim of a tragic and unexpected series of events that began with a dispute between neighbors.
