Justin Burnett, a 29-year-old male from New Castle, Pennsylvania, tragically died on July 12, 2014, in a murder-suicide incident. Burnett and his stepfather, 60-year-old Douglas Weingartner, had a tumultuous relationship that culminated in the fatal event.
