Khayree Warren, a 28-year-old Black male, was shot in Philadelphia on the night of Friday, July 29, 2016, on the 3500 block of North 21st Street. Police officers were called to the scene at about 8:50 p.m. and found him lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
