Yasean J. McQueen, 31, male, Black/African American, was shot on the evening of June 9, 2025, at Pulaski Park on West Center Street in Elmira. Police were called around 8:00 p.m. for reports of gunfire and found two people struck; both were taken to a local hospital, where Yasean J.
