Tiko Head, a 44-year-old resident of Elmira, NY, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Elmira police responded to a report of an unresponsive male on West Second Street. The call was made by members of the Elmira Fire Department, who witnessed Head stumble out of a residence and collapse on the sidewalk.
