Jeremiah Alford, a 12-year-old boy from Elmira, NY, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2016, due to an accidental shooting. The incident occurred at a residence on West Hudson Street, where Jeremiah was shot by another individual who mistakenly believed the firearm was unloaded.
