On the night of September 25, 2020, 18-year-old Jahrell Green was tragically shot and killed in Elmira, New York. The incident occurred on the 500 block of West Second Street, where police responded to reports of gunfire around 10:10 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Green in a parked car with gunshot wounds.
