In the late hours of a September night in Elmira, New York, the life of 18-year-old Jahrell Green was tragically cut short. On September 25, 2020, Green, a male, fell victim to fatal gun violence in the city. The incident was reported as a shooting on the west side of Elmira, with witnesses stating that multiple people had been shot.
