Ramonn S. Driscoll, aged 29, tragically passed away on September 14, 2020, in Elmira, New York. His death was the result of a violent home invasion that occurred on Elmira’s eastside. On the night of the incident, Elmira Police responded to a report of a gunshot victim at a residence on Taylor Street.
