Devoshay A. Adams, a 30-year-old resident of Elmira, NY, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2017, due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 4 a.m., when Elmira police officers and representatives from several other agencies responded to a residence on the 400 block of West Gray Street.
