Za’Shawn Alexander Sylva Coats, a 15-year-old African American male from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2019. Born on July 18, 2003, Za’Shawn was a sophomore at Jefferson High School and was known for his fun and loving nature.
