Marcello Brown, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 15, 2016, in Rockford, Illinois. The incident occurred at the Clock Tower Resort and Conference Center during a birthday party. Marcello was found lying in a hotel hallway and was pronounced dead at the scene. The shooting also injured five other individuals, aged 18 to 21, who were attending the same event. The Winnebago County Chief Deputy Coroner identified Marcello and confirmed that an autopsy was planned ...
