Andre 'Dre' Cortez LaRay Simmons, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on May 15, 2015, in Rockford, Illinois. Born on August 17, 1991, in Rockford, he was the son of Patricia Young and Jerry Simmons. Andre was employed by Tridom Corporation for three years and was a graduate of East High School, where he participated in wrestling and qualified for state competition.
