Xiao Zhong Lin, a 59-year-old Asian male, was tragically shot and killed on February 16, 2022, in Northeast Philadelphia. The incident occurred inside a Vietnamese restaurant on the 5500 block of Whitaker Avenue around 8:25 p.m. Xiao Zhong Lin was shot once in the right side of his body and later died at Albert Einstein Medical Center that evening.
