William Maurice Dowling, a 25-year-old male from Philadelphia, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2017, in Williamsport, PA. Dowling was found shot to death along Poco Farm Road in Loyalsock Township. According to the Lycoming County Coroner, Dowling had a slight pulse when paramedics arrived, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries en route to the hospital. An autopsy revealed that Dowling was shot multiple times, including a fatal shot to the chest.
