The teenager was shot on a Friday night at the intersection of Park Place and 1st Avenue. He was quickly transported to UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Hospital, where he tragically died on the operating room table from significant blood loss caused by a single gunshot wound to his abdomen. The Lycoming County Coroner's Office has ruled his death a homicide.
Brailynn was a student at South Williamsport High School and was known for his love of basketball and boxing. He also enjoyed listening to music, drawing, and playing video games.
