In the early hours of a cold January morning in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the lives of two security guards were tragically cut short in a brutal act of violence. Ronald Dailey, a 37-year-old male, and his colleague, Alisha Seese, also 37, were found fatally shot on January 12, 2024. Their bodies were discovered on Terrace Place, not far from their workplace, Lycoming Engines, where they were both employed as contracted security officers.
