On May 23, 2022, Malik Davis, a 39-year-old man from Williamsport, PA, was tragically shot and killed outside a residence on Elmira Street. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m., and Davis was pronounced dead at UPMC Susquehanna hospital shortly after midnight. Police found a second victim inside a house across the street who had suffered minor injuries from a stray bullet.
