On December 30, 2022, Quahdeir Durrant, a 25-year-old man from Williamsport, PA, tragically lost his life due to multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street. Durrant was rushed to UPMC Williamsport but was pronounced dead early the next morning. The shooting was described as a chaotic scene by neighbors who heard the gunshots and witnessed the aftermath.
