In the early morning hours of August 17, 2022, the life of 20-year-old Ziar Young was tragically cut short in his Williamsport, Pennsylvania, apartment. Responding to a call around 2 a.m., police discovered the young man had been shot and killed at the Victoria Gardens apartment complex located at 653 Hepburn Street. The Lycoming County coroner later confirmed that Young died at the scene from gunshot wounds to his upper body.
