Ziar Young, a 20-year-old male from Williamsport, PA, tragically died on August 17, 2022, from gunshot wounds sustained in his apartment. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. at the Victoria Gardens apartments on Hepburn Street. According to neighbors, Young was shot as he was coming out of his bathroom, and it appeared that he was specifically targeted. The Lycoming County Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene.
