Basil Hall, a 27-year-old man from Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed early on the morning of January 9, 2016, outside The Pajama Factory complex in Williamsport, PA. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. when Hall was on the property located on Rose Street, just south of Park Avenue.
