Christopher Wilkins, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on August 30, 2016, in Williamsport, PA. The incident occurred during a robbery at Wilkins's apartment on Park Avenue. Wilkins was shot in the head at close range while in his bedroom.
